Bahan
- 250 gram ikan teri basah
- 1 batang daun bawang, cincang kasar
- 3 sdm tepung terigu
- 1 sdm tepung tapioka
- Air, secukupnya
Bumbu Halus
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 3 siung bawang merah
- 1 ruas jari kunyit
- ½ sdt ketumbar bubuk
- Garam dan kaldu jamur secukupnya
Cara Membuat
- Cuci ikan teri hingga bersih kemudian tiriskan.
- Campur tepung terigu, tepung tapioka, daun bawang dan bumbu halus. Tambahkan air sedikit saja hingga membentuk adonan kental.
- Masukkan ikan teri ke dalam adonan tepung, aduk rata.
- Ambil satu sendok adonan kemudian goreng di dalam minyak panas.
- Angkat gimbal teri yang telah matang, sajikan sebagai camilan atau lauk.
