1/2 sdt lada bubuk
1/2 sdt garam
Bahan Pencelup
1 butir telur ayam
1/2 sdt garam
1/4 sdt lada bubuk
2 siung bawang putih, haluskan
1/4 gelas air putih
Cara Membuat
- Campur semua bahan adonan pelapis. Aduk rata.
- Campur semua bahan adonan pencelup. Aduk rata.
- Panaskan minyak goreng.
- Masukkan jamur ke adonan pelapis, lalu ke adonan pencelup. Goreng dengan api sedang sampai kecoklatan. Angakt dan tiriskan.
